What this adds

A small, unobtrusive page number is drawn onto each page at the corner you choose. Formats include a bare number, 'Page 1', or '1 / N' with the total — whatever suits your document.

Control where numbering starts

Set the starting number to skip a cover page or continue from an earlier volume. The count increments from there across every page in the file.

Quality & fidelity notes

Numbers are drawn as real text using a standard embedded font, so they stay crisp at any zoom and don't disturb the rest of the page. The original content is untouched.
