What is a MOV file?

MOV is Apple's QuickTime movie format. iPhones and iPads save every video as MOV, and so do QuickTime Player and the macOS screen recorder. The sound inside is almost always AAC, the same codec Apple uses for music, which is why MOV audio usually sounds good once it is extracted.

How to convert MOV to MP3
