What's the syntax for page ranges?

Comma-separated single pages or ranges: '1-3,7,10-12'. Pages outside the document are ignored, and duplicates are collapsed.

Does it keep my original order?

Yes. Pages are output in ascending document order. To reorder, extract the sections and merge them in your preferred sequence.

Can I extract from a password-protected PDF?

Encrypted PDFs can't be opened client-side. Remove the password first, then extract.
